Honeywell 12L Portable Dehumidifier - TPFIT
The Honeywell TPFIT is a compact but highly effective dehumidifier that can extract up to 12lt of moisture from the air per day. It is ideal for home use in small sized rooms, to protect walls, curtains, furniture and appliances from mould and mildew. Packed with an array of user-friendly features, this dehumidifier has been designed with convenience in mind.
Sitting on omni-directional casters and featuring a durable heavy duty carry handle, the unit can be easily transported to your room of choice with ease. The washable dust filter provided aids the machine in the purification of the air, creating a comfortable environment. The 24-hour timer helps to ensure that the units is only in use for a controlled amount of time, to alleviate energy wastage. In contrast, the user can opt for the continuous operation mode using the hose provided, for instances such as drying laundry. When the water tank becomes full an alarm will sound and the unit will temporarily cease operation until the tank is emptied. The user can monitor the water level by checking the water indicator on the front of the dehumidifier.
In the event of a power outage, the unit will automatically restart when power is regained, the memory function will resume the settings selected before the loss of power. The dehumidifier runs on R290, which is an eco-friendly non-ozone depleting refrigerant. There is a comfort mode, whereby the dehumidifier will automatically adjust dehumidification, for hassle free operation. With a noise level range of 34.5-42.5dB(A), this dehumidifier is extremely quiet in operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a high pitched noise coming from my Compressor Dehumidifier?
This noise is present in Compressor Dehumidifiers with R290 refrigerant where the internal fan is not loud enough to cover the noise. The pitch of the compressor changes as the temperature inside the machine rises similar to starting a car in winter is louder and then gradually returns to a normal pitch as the engine warms up. In most cases, the high pitched noise will go away after an hour.
