Hand Wash Units

Similarly to under sink water heaters, hand wash units supplement your existing water supply. If your sink is too far away from the boiler, you may find it useful to install a hand wash unit. They have a tap connected to the unit that dispenses water directly into the basin.

Hand wash units provide instant hot water by drawing cold water from your supply and storing it in the holding chamber. Then, when you need it, it is moved from the holding chamber, over a heated element to deliver instant hot water. While this is happening, more cold water is drawn into the holding chamber for the process to repeat.
