Vent Axia

Product Overview

The Tempra units are designed for use in bathrooms, toilets, and utility areas. The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Tempra SELV LT Single Room Heat Recovery Unit offers Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV), a constant trickle speed, and a switch live to boost airflow. It also features an adjustable five to fifty-minute overrun timer and an optional three-minute delay on the timer.

The units are suitable for installation into external walls up to 460mm thick, and all installations can be carried out from inside the building. To facilitate ease of maintenance and installation, the Tempra’s simple construction allows it to be fitted in the same location as an existing 100mm diameter fan and provides easy access to the heat exchanger for regular maintenance.

Under Building Regulations Document F, continuous running products such as the Lo-Carbon Tempra are only required to move an amount of air as specified in Table 5.1a of Document F. This ensures compliance with ventilation standards while providing efficient, low-energy heat recovery for single-room applications.
