The Vent-Axia LuminAir SELV Inline Extractor Fan & LED Light Kit (model 453416) is a combined ventilation and lighting solution designed especially for bathrooms and shower zones, where moisture control and safety are critical. Because it operates at Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV), it is rated IPX7 at the inlet, meaning it’s safe to install in wet areas—even within reach of someone using a shower or bath. 

This kit features a built-in humidistat sensor, so the fan will automatically activate when the humidity in the room rises above a set threshold, helping reduce condensation and prevent damp or mould build-up. The LED lamp is powered separately via a driver and is switched via the bathroom light circuit; the light is a soft, warm pool-style LED (typically MR16, ~3 W) that provides gentle illumination for the shower area.

The 453416 kit comes as a complete package including a 90° bend, 3 m of flexible ducting, a wall grille, cable ties, and a choice of bezels (white or chrome) for matching decor. It is designed for ceiling mounting (or in-line ducted setups) to efficiently draw out moist air from a shower or bathroom and deliver both practical ventilation and attractive lighting in one compact unit.
