Product Overview

This smart extractor fan is designed to deliver high performance in compact spaces. With a nominal duct size of 100 mm (4″), the fan is capable of extracting up to ~110 m³/h (30 L/s) on boost, making it suitable for bathrooms and utility rooms. Its sleek round casing (Ø 177 mm) and matt black finish give it a refined look, and it can be mounted on the wall, ceiling or panel depending on the installation layout. 

One of the key features is its “smart” control functionality. The built-in light sensor detects occupancy or changes in light levels (including shadows), so the fan can ramp up or switch modes automatically — triggering only when genuinely needed, and avoiding nuisance activations (e.g., passing car headlights). A humidity sensor (humidistat) also monitors sudden rises in humidity (like after a shower) and boosts the fan accordingly, then scales back when normal conditions return. Additionally you can control and customise its behaviour via a Bluetooth-enabled app: set timer delays, silent hours, purge modes, and more.

In terms of user-comfort and economy, the Svara model is remarkably quiet and efficient. On low trickle mode it produces as little as around 17 dB(A) at 3 m distance (roughly whisper-quiet) and consumes as little as 4 W of power in many operating modes. The fan is IP44 rated (splash-proof), comes with a robust DC motor backed by a 5-year guarantee, and features a removable impeller for easier cleaning and maintenance.
