Product Overview

The Tempra units are designed for use in bathrooms, toilets, and utility areas. The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Tempra SELV HTP Single Room Heat Recovery Unit offers Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) and a constant trickle speed, with pull cord or switch live options to boost airflow. It features an adjustable 5–50 minute overrun timer, an optional 3-minute delay on the timer, and an internal humidistat adjustable between 60 to 90 percent room humidity.

The units are suitable for installation into external walls up to 318mm thick, and all installations can be carried out from inside the building. The Tempra’s simple construction allows it to be fitted in the same location as an existing 100mm diameter fan, while providing easy access to the heat exchanger for regular maintenance, ensuring ease of installation and upkeep.

Under Building Regulations Document F, continuous running products such as the Lo-Carbon Tempra are only required to move an amount of air as specified in Table 5.1a of Document F. This ensures compliance with ventilation standards while providing efficient heat recovery and improved indoor air quality in single-room applications.
