This model does include a heater & fire damper

Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) with a built-in 500W heater and fire damper for whole house mould and condensation control. Smart SenseTM control allows quick and accurate set up. Variable speed control allows the unit to be effective in a property up to 200m2. Automatic summer shut-off stops warm air coming back into the property. The Fire Damper model can be wired into a fire alarm that has an integral relay, cutting off power to the unit if smoke is detected. It also comes with intumescent fire protective ducting and a fire-stopping diffuser rated up to 1 hour.
