Product Overview
This 100 mm (4″) duct-size extractor fan is designed for bathrooms, ensuites or toilets where quiet intermittent ventilation is required. It has an airflow rate of approximately 90 m³/h (≈ 25 l/s) and uses a mixed-flow impeller which supports modest duct runs while keeping noise down.
The “T” version includes a built-in adjustable run-on timer so that once the fan is switched off it continues to run for a preset period (typically adjustable from ~2 to 30 minutes) to help clear lingering moisture or odour. Noise levels are very low (~25-29 dB(A) depending on measurement conditions) making it suitable for domestic bathroom installations.
In terms of installation, it supports wall or ceiling mounting, is fitted with a back-draft shutter to prevent unwanted airflow when off, and is built with UV-resistant ABS plastics. It meets UK building regulation requirements for intermittent mechanical extract ventilation in bathrooms (Part F/L) and comes with a five-year motor warranty.
