Product Overview
The Dimplex DWC Wall Controller is a versatile and user-friendly device designed to enhance the functionality of Dimplex PLXENC panel heaters. This wall-mounted controller allows room occupants to adjust the heater settings within predefined parameters set by building managers. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy to communicate with the heaters, ensuring efficient and controlled heating.
The DWC Wall Controller features a non-illuminated LCD display and four touch buttons for easy adjustments. Building managers can use the ConfigR app to program the heaters and limit the adjustments that occupants can make. This includes features like boost mode, 7-day programming, adaptive start, and open window detection, which helps prevent energy wastage by turning off the heater when a draft is detected.
This controller is ideal for commercial settings such as hotel rooms and student accommodations, where controlled and efficient heating is essential. It is also equipped with a highly accurate digital thermostat, adjustable between 7°C and 26°C, ensuring a comfortable environment while maintaining energy efficiency.
