Product Overview

The Hyco Alto 2 kW Drying Room Circulator is designed for occasional-use drying rooms, utility areas, workshops or similar compact spaces. It provides dual heat settings (1 kW and 2 kW) which are selectable at installation, and includes an internal thermostat that automatically steps down output when the space reaches the set temperature. Its wall-mounted design and pull-cord operation make it easy and safe to use in environments where control access may be minimal.

Finished in clean white and rated IP21, the Alto measures just 240 × 235 × 125 mm, making it compact yet functional. A neon indicator shows when the element is active, and for protection it includes overheat cut‑out safety. The heater must be installed at least 1.8 m from the floor, wired via a fused spur, and is not recommended for bathroom or splash zones.

Ideal for intermittent duty where dry heat is needed, the Alto downflow unit warms by directing air downward through its heating element and circulating it across the room. In 2 kW mode, the thermostat modulates the output, switching down to 1 kW when the space is sufficiently warm. With its rugged design, fixed settings, and practical features, it’s a reliable option for drying, airing or dehumidification support in small rooms.
