The Timeguard TRT030DN is a precision digital room thermostat designed for easy surface-mounted installation and accurate ambient temperature control in domestic or light commercial heating systems. With a compact footprint of approximately 86 mm × 88 mm × 38 mm, it fits neatly into standard wall locations and connects via a simple 3-wire layout. It operates from 230 V AC at 50 Hz, making it compatible with the majority of UK heating boiler systems.
Featuring a digital room-temperature display which illuminates when the set point is being adjusted, the TRT030DN offers a set temperature range from 5 °C to 30 °C — ideal for maintaining comfort and supporting energy-efficient operation. The thermostat also includes selectable temperature swing settings (0.5 °C or 1 °C) and full PID control to minimise overshoot and ensure stable temperature maintenance.
Comfort and system efficiency are enhanced further by the illuminated output LED, which lights when the thermostat calls for heat. Installation is made simple with a removable wall plate and clear wiring diagram, and the device is backed by a 3-year guarantee for peace of mind.
