Product Overview

This in-line mixed flow fan is built to handle duct-extraction in larger or more demanding spaces. It uses a 125 mm (5″) diameter spigot and delivers airflow rates up to about 91 L/s (≈ 328 m³/h) on its highest setting. The mixed-flow impeller design gives it roughly 2.5 × the pressure of a conventional axial fan of comparable size, meaning it’s better suited to longer duct runs or more complex layouts.

The unit is equipped with a three‐speed motor, which is selectable during installation, giving flexibility to tailor the performance to the set-up. The motor core is removable and the chassis is designed to rotate, making servicing simpler and installation in tight or awkward spaces easier. It’s IP44 rated for moisture resistance, making it suitable for many damp areas, and it can be mounted either horizontally or vertically depending on space constraints.

Noise levels are impressively low for this size of fan—around 20–24 dB(A) at 3 m distance on standard duty. Energy consumption is modest, with rated power around 25–30 W depending on speed. If you’re replacing an inline fan in a ducted extraction system, this model offers a good balance of airflow capacity, quiet operation and installation flexibility—but you’ll want to ensure your duct size and route match the 125 mm spigot and the performance envelope.
