Product Overview
The Vent‑Axia Silhouette 125mm (445161) is a 125 mm (5″) axial extractor fan designed primarily for bathrooms and toilets. It features a very slim, low-profile grille—just 18 mm deep—so it blends discreetly with wall or ceiling finishes.
In terms of performance and installation flexibility, this model is built for both vertical and horizontal mounting and supports wall, ceiling or panel installation. It includes downstream airflow guide vanes to boost pressure development and features a back-draught shutter plus an indication light for operation status. The fan has a rated airflow of ~160 m³/h (approx. 45 l/s) and operates at about 20 W with a sound level of ~40 dB(A) at 3 m.
From a specification and safety perspective, the unit is IPX4 rated (splash-proof) making it suitable for bathroom environments, and since it comes from Vent‑Axia—a well-established UK ventilation brand—it benefits from strong service and support for domestic installations.
