Product Overview

The VA100XHP is part of the VA100 domestic ventilation range from Vent‑Axia, tailored for bathrooms, toilets or utility rooms. It uses a 100 mm (4″) duct size and is compatible with wall, ceiling, window or panel installation.

In terms of performance, this model provides an extraction rate of 107 m³/h (~30 L/s) according to technical specs. It operates with a noise level around 36 dB(A) at 3 m. Importantly, it features an integral humidistat (which activates when excess moisture is detected) and a thermo-electric shutter that prevents cold air ingress when the fan is idle.

The unit is IPX4 rated for splash-resistance in bathroom zones, and is designed to comply with UK domestic ventilation guidelines (such as those referenced in Building Regulation Document F) for bathrooms. The clean white finish and compact size make it a practical, unobtrusive choice for residential installations.
