Product Overview

The VA100XT is part of the VA100 domestic ventilation range from Vent‑Axia, designed specifically for bathrooms, toilets or utility areas. It uses a 100 mm (4″) duct connection and features a clean white finish, allowing for wall, ceiling, window or panel mounting.

In terms of performance, the unit delivers an extraction rate of up to 107 m³/h (30 L/s) according to published specifications, and operates with a noise level around 36 dB(A) at 3 m. Notably, it is fitted with an electronic over-run timer (adjustable from about 3-20 minutes or more depending on install) and thermo-electric back-draught shutters that close when the fan is not running, helping to prevent cold air from entering when idle.

The unit meets IPX4 (splash-proof) rating for bathroom installations and is designed to comply with building regulations (UK Document F) for domestic ventilation situations.
