The Dimplex AC45W 4.5kW Over Door Heater is designed for installation above single commercial doorways where higher heat output is required. Ideal for retail spaces, offices, and customer-facing environments, it produces a strong curtain of warm air that helps maintain indoor comfort while doors remain open, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency.

Delivering an air velocity of 5.5m/s, the AC45W helps limit cold air ingress and stabilise internal temperatures at busy entrances. Operating at 52.0dB(A), it remains suitable for use in public and retail environments without causing unnecessary disruption.

Once commissioned via the Dimplex ConfigR App, the heater offers advanced temperature control between 7–32°C, seven-day scheduling, and energy-saving boost and advance functions. For everyday operation, onboard rocker switches allow easy selection between fan-only, half-heat, and full-heat modes. With a powder-coated steel fascia, EnduroTech motor technology, and integrated thermal safety cut-outs, the AC45W is built for dependable commercial use.
