200W/sqm underfloor heating mat with fixing tapes and cut-and-turn fibreglass mesh for heating beneath tile and stone floor coverings. Installation is straightforward and the mat is suitable for primary and secondary heating in the vast majority of rooms. Supplied with a 2.5m coldtail and robust 100% earth shielded heating cable and coldtail to comply with the 18th Edition, and covered by Heatcom's 15 Year Warranty.
