160W/sqm underfloor heating mat with fixing tapes and cut-and-turn fibreglass mesh for heating beneath nearly any floor covering. Installation is straightforward and the mat is suitable for primary and secondary heating in moderately well insulated rooms. Supplied with a 2.5m coldtail and robust 100% earth shielded heating cable and coldtail to comply with the 18th Edition, and covered by Heatcom's 15 Year Warranty.
