Product Overview

The COMG150A is part of the commercial-window fan range from Manrose, sized at 150 mm (6″) and designed specifically for window mounting in commercial or public-sector settings (such as offices, shops, restaurants or schools). The unit features a dark-grey external grille (in the grey version) which gives a discreet, low-profile finish. 

A key highlight is the built-in automatic, thermo-activated internal shutter. When the fan runs it automatically opens the shutter, and when idle the shutter closes to prevent backdrafts. These shutters are integrated behind the internal louvre for vandal-resistance and neat appearance. The fan’s performance is rated at around 278 m³/h (77 litres/sec) for the 150mm size, with a sound level of about 40 dB(A) and motor speed approximately 2400 rpm.

From an installation and technical standpoint, the COMG150A is double-insulated (so no earth connection required) and designed to comply with wiring regulations, including using a double‐pole isolating switch with minimum 3 mm contact separation and a 3 A fuse. The unit is suitable for ambient operating temperatures up to 40 °C and is constructed with high-impact ABS thermoplastic for durable use in heavier duty and high-traffic environments.
