Much more than just heat, the Belize 1200 is a fully connected smart radiator. It uses Wi-Fi Direct (no extra hub needed) and integrates with the Rointe Nexa app, letting you control temperature, scheduling, and monitor real-time consumption from your phone or via the web. The built-in AI heating system learns your patterns and recommends optimal settings to balance comfort and efficiency. 

Safety and user-friendliness are key in its design. The radiator offers a Low Surface Temperature (LST) mode, keeping its casing safe to touch — ideal for households with children or pets. It also supports open-window detection which triggers anti-frost mode if a sudden temperature drop is sensed, helping you avoid wasted energy. Modes like Comfort, Eco, and Anti-Frost, as well as Night and Holiday, give you flexible control over warmth and efficiency. 

For shared or commercial settings, the Belize supports locking and limiting modes — you can restrict the maximum temperature and lock control access to prevent tampering. The radiator’s high-transfer thermal fluid core ensures even, radiant heat dispersion. All units ship with a complete mounting kit and wall brackets for straightforward installation.
