Midea Dehumidifiers are Rotary Compressor dehumidifiers. The way they operate is by drawing in warm damp air through the inlet and passing the air over a refrigerated coil. Condensation occurs when the warm humid air contacts the cold coil surface. The coil is then cooled by refrigerant. Water is then separated from the air. The condensed water is then stored in a tank, which is emptied out later. The Rotary Compressor technology allows less vibration, effectively reducing the noise level.

The Smart technology automatically controls the room humidity in a comfortable range of 45 - 55%, preventing growth of bacteria.
