Product Overview
The Vent‑Axia ACM200T 200mm In‑line Mixed Flow Extractor Fan is a robust and efficient in-line extraction solution designed for 200 mm (8") ducting systems. Manufactured in the UK by Vent‑Axia, it features a mixed-flow impeller which combines axial and centrifugal fan characteristics to deliver higher pressure and airflow compared with conventional axial models.
It comes equipped with a built-in over-run timer (adjustable typically between 2-25 minutes) which allows the fan to continue running after the main switch-off to clear residual moisture or stale air. The motor is selectable for multiple speeds upon installation and is capable of being mounted horizontally or vertically, providing flexibility in tight or complex ductwork layouts.
In terms of performance, the unit offers an extraction rate of approximately 225 l/s (≈810 m³/h) for large domestic or light commercial applications, with a noise level around 41 dB(A) at 3 metres in typical operation. The casing is IP44 rated for protection and has been designed for ease of maintenance—its removable motor core and rotating chassis simplify access and cleaning.
