Product Overview

The BAS150SLT is a slim-profile axial extractor fan designed for use in bathrooms, kitchens or utility rooms. It incorporates a 150mm (6″) duct connection and features an ultra-thin mounting depth (about 15mm beyond the installed surface) which gives it a sleek, discreet finish when fitted on a wall or panel.

Functionally, it offers a single speed axial fan with an adjustable over-run timer (typically 5–30 minutes) so once the trigger (such as a light or switch) is turned off, the fan continues to run for the set period to clear residual moisture or odours. It also has an integral back-draught shutter to prevent external air ingress when the fan is off.

In terms of performance and suitability, the BAS150SLT delivers approx. 228 m³/h airflow (≈63 l/s) under free‐air conditions, with a noise rating of about 45 dB(A) at 3 metres, and a power draw of around 16W. It is IPX4 rated, making it acceptable for wet zones in domestic properties (i.e., bathrooms).
