The Vent-Axia LuminAir Timer combines a powerful extractor fan and elegant ceiling light in a single, safety extra low voltage (SELV) fitting. Designed for installation directly over showers, its IPX7 rating ensures complete safety in wet areas. The unit switches on with the bathroom light, and when the light is turned off, the fan continues to run for an adjustable timer period, helping to meet building regulations for internal bathrooms and maintaining fresh, dry air.

This innovative fan efficiently removes moisture and humidity at the source, preventing condensation damage and mould growth. Meanwhile, the integrated 20 W Dichroic Multi-Mirror™ lamp provides a soft, warm pool of light that enhances comfort and visibility in the shower enclosure. Together, they deliver both functionality and ambience, creating a pleasant bathroom experience.

The LuminAir Timer kit is ideal for all bathroom and shower installations, particularly in bedsits, en-suites, and compact living spaces. Designed to fit a variety of ceiling thicknesses, the unit includes a safety isolating transformer (to BS EN 60742) housed in a purpose-made enclosure, suitable for wall or loft mounting.
