Product Overview

This fan is part of the “Silent” series from Vent Axia and is designed for domestic bathrooms, toilets or utility areas. With a 100 mm (4″) duct size and compact square profile (approx. 160 × 160 mm), it is suited to wall, ceiling, window or panel mounting.

One of the standout features is its ultra‑quiet performance: at its lowest setting the noise level is as low as 12 dB(A) at 3 m, making it ideal for spaces where minimal fan noise is important. The motor is adjustable at installation to cater for different airflow needs, with a variable speed range delivering around 6 l/s at minimum and up to roughly 22 l/s at maximum.

In terms of safety and regulation, it is rated IPX5 (suitable for installation in bathroom Zone 1) and meets UK Building Regulations (Approved Document F & L) for ventilation. It also comes with a back‑draught shutter, a long‑life motor rated for up to 40,000 hours, and a 5‑year manufacturer’s warranty, making it a solid, reliable choice for moisture control in wet areas.
