This Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Silent VASF100TV is a discreet, efficient extractor fan designed to deliver quiet performance in small rooms like bathrooms, toilets or utility spaces. Its sound output is engineered to be very low, especially on trickle or background mode, making it suitable where minimal noise is a priority. The fan uses a high-efficiency motor that supports long operational life, helping to ensure reliable ventilation over many years.

The “TV” suffix indicates Timer + Variable-speed functionality. During installation, you can select from multiple speed settings to better match the room’s extraction requirements (for example, duct length or room size). In normal use, the fan runs at a low trickle (background) mode and then switches to boost mode when needed, maintaining that boost for a preset overrun time (timer) after being triggered (e.g. from a light switch). This helps to clear moist or stale air effectively after occupancy.

From a mounting and safety perspective, the VASF100TV supports wall, ceiling, window or panel installation, and is built to operate in moisture-prone areas with an IPX5 rating (suitable for bathroom zones). It also includes a back-draught shutter to prevent unwanted reverse airflow when the fan is off. Together, its smart control features and robust design make it a strong candidate for quiet, dependable domestic ventilation.
