Product Overview

This fan is designed for quiet, efficient bathroom ventilation, with sound levels starting from just 12 dB(A) on its low or background mode. It features a high-efficiency motor and variable speed settings that are selectable during installation, enabling you to tailor the airflow to the specific room size or layout. Its design supports intermittent operation combined with a humidistat and overrun timer to help manage moisture automatically.

The “HTV” aspect reflects its Humidity + Timer + Variable speed functionality. When humidity rises above a threshold (detected by the built-in humidistat), the fan boosts to clear damp air, and after activation it continues to run for a preset overrun time to clear residual moisture. The overrun timer is adjustable (typically in the range of 5–30 minutes) to suit the installation needs.

From an installation and safety perspective, the VASF100HTV is IPX5 rated making it suitable for use in bathroom zones (i.e. areas exposed to moisture) and includes back-draught shutters to prevent air leakage when the fan is off. It offers flexible mounting options (wall, ceiling, window or panel) and carries a warranty of up to 5 years, promising durable service over time.
