Xpelair Premier Centrifugal Condensation Control Extractor Fan - 067326 - CF20TX

Ideal for domestic applications, CF20TX is the newest in the Xpelair Premier Centrifugal Fan range.

A unique Variable Extract Performance feature allows the fan to be configured to meet each premise's specific requirements, including Intermittent (Building Regulations 1) and Continuous dMEV running (Building Regulations 3). CF20TX also boasts a room selector to ensure the correct ventilation rate is set at installation.

Featuring an adjustable timer and humidistat alongside a pull cord boost, CF20TX benefits from a low-watt brushless motor to ensure low running costs. A daily datalogger records the fan's daily usage.

The IPX5 extractor fan is finished in a sleek, gloss white casing and can be retrofitted in the place of the previous Xpelair Premier range.
