The Vent Axia Lo-Carbon Tempra range includes low-energy units which come with manual summer settings, allowing the unit to be set to extract only.

The VA 443312 Lo-Carbon Tempra P HRU is a 320mm (wall depth) through-the-wall heat recovery unit, with a pull cord for boost. Providing up to 78% heat recovery, this energy-efficient unit is designed to reduce the user’s carbon footprint, while adhering to the performance requirements outlined in the Building Regulations Approved Document F.

Fitting into 100mm diameter holes, the heat recovery unit is ideal for refurbished properties, in kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, or utility rooms, where it can replace standard extract fans of the same size. The product will operate quietly and can be set to run continuously at 6l/s or 9l/s, with the option of a 15l/s boost.

• Nearly 75% of the heat from the extracted air is fed back into the fresh incoming air.
• Will replace any standard 4-inch extractor fan

• Very quiet. On the 'trickle' setting it is virtually silent.
• Low energy consumption exceeds Building Regulations Part L, Conservation of Fuel and Power.
• Complies with Building Regulations Part F 2010: mechanical extract ventilation.
• Summer Setting helps keep the dwelling cool by closing off the intake from outside.
