Product Overview

The Vent Axia Lo‑Carbon Solo Plus HT Centrifugal Extractor Fan (model 427483) is a 100 mm (4″) centrifugal extractor designed for bathrooms, toilets and other modestly‑sized rooms. It can be either wall or ceiling mounted and supports a 2‑position 100 mm circular spigot for rear or vertical duct exit.

This model features a built‑in humidistat and adjustable timer: it monitors humidity levels and switches from a low “trickle” ventilation mode to a high boost when needed, then continues running for the set timer period. It also offers a constant trickle ventilation setting for background air flow.

Thanks to the “Lo‑Carbon” motor technology, this extractor is energy‑efficient and designed to meet UK building regulation requirements for bathroom ventilation (such as Approved Document F). It features very low noise levels (for example around 33 dB(A) at boost mode) and is filter‑free thanks to its innovative impeller design.
